What a season for Rebel Robotics Team 2638
Rebel Robotics earned Excellence in Engineering at the FIRST Long Island Regional and again at the Rocket City Regional in Huntsville, Alabama, where the team also finished as Regional Finalists.
#112in the 2026 Regional Championship Pool, placing Team 2638 in the top 3% of FRC teams worldwide.
Booster Impact
How families and sponsors powered the season
The 2026 season was the first full year of Rebel Robotics Booster Club, Inc., a parent-led 501(c)(3) that supports Team 2638's 120+ students. The Booster Club welcomed five new corporate sponsors, organized the Friends and Family Motch Match fundraiser, and supported team lunches and logistics during competition weekends.
Networks of parents, alumni, mentors, and companies help FRC programs stay funded and give students the resources to keep building, traveling, competing, and serving the community.
